The USA will be one hour ahead of Mexico for seven days, October 28th through November 3, 2007.

October 28, 2007 - Time change in Mexico 'Falls Back' one hour

November 4, 2007 - Time change in USA 'Falls Back' one hou

U.S. Customs and Border Protection will open one hour later and close one hour later for seven days at Commercial Cargo Operations, DCL/Sentri Operations, DCL EC all non-24 hour Ports of Entry (Santa Teresa, NM, Fabens/Fort Hancock, Texas). CBP hours will return to normal on November 4, 2007 when the USA time changes and 'Falls Back' one hour. The time in Mexico and the USA will be the same once again on November 4, 2007.

Examples:

1.BOTA Cargo's normal hours are 0600 to 1800 hours M-F. During this one week BOTA Cargo will open at 0700 hours (0600 in Mexico) and will close at 1900 hours (1800 in Mexico) Monday - Friday.

2. Santa Teresa POE Passenger Processing normal hours are 0600 to 2200 hours. During this one week Santa Teresa POE Passenger Processing will open at 0700 hours (0600 in Mexico) and will close at 1900 hours (2300 in Mexico) Monday - Friday.
